To request a space for your event, please click here and complete all fields, questions marked with an asterisk (*) are required. After submitting your application, you will receive a confirmation receipt via email within 24 business hours from our Conference Services Department, if you do not receive a confirmation receipt, please give us a call at (973) -596 -3603.  




  • An approved event sponsor cannot transfer a reservation to another organization, nor may the space reserved for an approved program be used for another purpose. This may result in the loss of current and future reservations as well as an assessment of fees.


  • University policy requires that organizations external to the University and individuals using University premises and/or facilities, maintain liability insurance, and other insurance as necessary. The University must receive a Certificate of Insurance prior to the commencement of any scheduled event.


  • NJIT shall have no responsibility whatsoever for any liability, claims, or damages for the use of the facility.  


  • All food must be provided by the University food service / catering vendor.   


  • All decorations must receive approval from Conference Services. The event organizer is responsible for removal and disposal of all decorations immediately after the event.


  • When minors are participants or attendees, NJIT requires that a parent, guardian or responsible adult(s) or staff member accompany children under 18 years of age. Children are not permitted into the facility/event unescorted without appropriate supervision. The University reserves the right to terminate an event if sufficient adult supervision is not present throughout the event or usage of the facilities.
